I sat at the high-top table, savoring a delicious coffee and chocolate croissant while doing some laptop work (the wifi was fast and efficient I might add). Lara was working, and she was incredibly kind—one of the sweetest people I've met. At this café, you don't just feel like a customer; you feel like a friend."

"A great coffee shop where one has been needed! Friendly staff, and the smell of freshly roasted beans is a warm welcome, as are the lattés and cappuccinos. Tasty treats to accompany coffee make it perfect for a (locally-owned and operated) coffee break or take out."

"Great addition to the Cafe Lara group in the North North End. Don't blink or you'll miss this spot. Very little signage and some pretty dodgy neighbors. But the inside is bright and welcoming. Looking forward to the summer when the big garage door can open up."
